If you visit D.C. again, you should definately check out Jaleo in the old Chinatown area around the MCI center, it's a great Spanish tapas bar. The fruit soup with cheese ice cream I had last time is alone worth another visit.
i just watched a "rachael ray's tasty travels" and she was talking about Jaleo. it looked delicious!
